October Half Term Activity
Pitcombe Rock Falconry – Open Day Wednesday 27th October
Meet the amazing birds, see them fly & have the chance to win some fabulous prizes on the raffle.
Easter Egg Hunt & Easter Hat Parade
We will be holding an Easter Hat Parade and an Easter Egg Hunt in the garden during the last few days of term. The children will be making their hats at Explorers.
National Autistic Society
One of our children Poppy at Explorers and her Mummy Amber, are taking part in the 7 challenge for Autism awareness week (29th March – 4th April), to raise money and awareness for the National Autistic Society.
They are going to walk 7k in a week, which is pretty big for Poppy’s little legs. Every penny counts for this amazing charity & it’s something very close to Amber & Poppy’s hearts, as Poppy is non verbal & autistic herself.
You can donate through their Just Giving page here.
Red Nose Day 19th March 2021.
We are inviting the children to wear something red when they come to Explorers this week as part of Red Nose Day.
We are asking for a donation of £1.00 for this worthy cause. Thank You.
World Book Day 4th March 2021.
We are asking the children to come in to Explorers dressed as their favourite book character (or simply fancy dress). If your child doesn’t attend Pre-School on this day then they are welcome to come in dressed up on the day that they attend.
We can’t wait to see all of the costumes!
